Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately via whatsapp at +961 71 132 003.
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a refund or exchange as needed. Your experience matters, and we’re here to make it right.

To initiate a return, please reach out before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return instructions and shipping label.
Note: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.


Exchange Policy 

We accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
1. Item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2. All tags must be attached and packaging must be intact.
3. Items must be returned in a clean and sellable condition.

Once received and approved, we’ll process your exchange.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
